When you are young, everyone asks you what job you want when the time will come for one. And the most kids answer this, because they have goals and dream to have a great job. And some of them really work for it and try to get that job.
That’s great because if you don’t have such a goal you will probably have a job that requests much work and low wage and won’t probably bring you any satisfaction.
Set your goal
So, when you work on something ( e.g have a website or job ), set a goal, like being promoted after 6 months or earn $xxxx / month after 9 months. If you set this goal and you are serious on it you should see how far you are from reaching your goal, what you have to do for it and the satisfaction of reaching it.
Don’t give up
Let’s say your goal was to earn $15,000 monthly with your website and you are only earning $950. You will probably give up saying it’s impossible and live with it. That’s definitely not good, because maybe you have chosen a wrong niche, haven’t worked enough or your goal was too high in a very short time. Think of all possibilities and extend your time, but work more this time. you should never give up, but only think what stopped you from reaching your goal.
After you reached your goal
Well, if you managed to reach your goal, you should stop working or thinking that’s enough. You always have to dream higher and set another goals and follow what i wrote upper in this post. Think about the billionaires, they don’t need money and can’t spend the money they have, because they have too much, but are still working and starting businesses.

The giving up part is the most important part. So many people fail online because they don’t see the results instantly. If you’re trying to create a content driven website that only makes money by SE traffic, you’re going to have to put a lot of work into it to make money. Good post!

Agree with you Tom, I do even hard to face the “give up” part. We shouldn’t listen the rumors around us. Before I have starting my own business, some of my friends do make me feel down because they doesn’t give any support to me

goals are very very important. because ther is always someone how tells you that doesn`t work. in this times you really need to know why you are doing the things you do. thats what goals are for. and like i like to say. i do today what others don`t, to have tomorrow what others won´t. go for it

Great advice!
It’s important to have goals. I find the best way to get where you need to go, is to set smaller goals that are easy to achieve and work your way up to a large accomplishment.

Goals are very important because they help you lay the bricks to the ladder of success. If you have a goal to look forward to, although you are on the brink of giving up, your goal will be your motivation. As the old saying goes, “Try and try until you succeed.”
