There were rumors that Google is going to acquire FeedBurner, the RSS management company and now they turned out to be true. A source stated that the deal is taking place and will close in the next 2 or 3 weeks, for the price of $100 million in cash. For the next few years, the founders will continue managing the company, probably, along with Google employees.FeedBurner is a 4 years old company, founded in 2003 and it has a $10 million capital. The founders should be very happy selling for this price, because they made a great deal.
