Myspace Breaking Copyrights

Universal music sues Myspace for breaking copyrights for thousands of artists and the estimated price for the copyrighted work is at $150,000. Universal states that links for downloading it’s artists music are available on Myspace even before their launch on the market.

As an response to this, Myspace provided a copyright protection tool for helping content owners protecting their copyrights and removing the illegal content from Myspace.
