Nofollow removed

Posted on 03 October 2006

Since i have no spam on my blog, i think the Nofollow attribute was useless and my readers should earn their fair deserved links.

So i used a plug-in made by Cristian Mezei to remove the nofollow from all the comments on my blog. Thanks Cristian for the idea and the plug-in. I think every blogger should use this plug-in in sign of respect for their readers.

Wow thats a brave thing to do :) If you have the time to moderate all your comments as and when they arrive you will be fine.

What happens when the spammers catch on to your open links? It only takes a few and before you know whats going on your blog will turn into the biggest link dump going :)
    Keep your eyes peeled.

I have comment moderation activated and, if i will have problems with spam, i will activate akismet.
It’s a very powerful tool against spam

I keep the Do Follow List updated on my site (there are more than 220 sites listed already) and I wanted to invite you to join.

    Let me know!
