Some ISPs in India blocked users access to bloggin websites, including blogspot.com. The ISPs affirm that they have received a letter from the Indian Ministry Of Communications.

Is this an act of a democratic country?

A lot of Indian citizens will only lose because of this act, because some of them have or had great blogs hosted on blogging websites.
